Jowl bacon comes from the cheeks of the hog. It tends to have more fat than belly/side bacon, but it is a lighter textured fat.

Our Berkshire hogs are raised on pasture and supplemented with dairy products, hay, and occasionally some Non-GMO corn. Never fed any soy and no GMO’s ever!
